I got my tits reduced , and when I first got it done, people were DYING to see what they looked like. I obliged. Now, granted, I am an exhibitionist to start with...but I think that any woman who's getting them augmented wants to make sure that people notice them. I think you have a better chance of getting a woman with "altered" breasts to show them than women with unaltered ones. That's my two cents, which is worth just about that much.
