I once helped out with a city wide festival back in my home town where we made 25, 50 gal trash cans full of jello. We stored them in several of the big walk in coolers around town for a week so it would set up. We sold tickets for a buck and drew ten names on the day of the festival to swim in the jello after putting it in a kiddie swimming pool. If chosen you were only allowed to come up with one prize. Any way, when the ten people dove in, the jello started flying.
