Today's Blog includes a posting from Alanah about how she likes her partner to talk dirty to her. That begs the question to all about what they like to hear or say before or during sexual activity, or for that matter what they don't want to hear.
I have heard and read many stories where dirty talk takes on derogatory tones and terms as simple as calling the female a "bitch" or "slut" through many other lowly references. Personally, if you think lowly enough of the person to talk to her/him that way, then you probably should not be having sex with them. At least that is how I think of that. I think of sex as a fun team sport, not something dirty.
However, that does not mean that all "dirty talk" is out. In line with one of Alanah's references, I like to tell my wife while out in public (whispering of course) what I would like to do to her once we get in the car or get home. Pair that with a nice discrete "touch" or "kiss" in an appropriate location, and you can start things going early.
One side of dirty talk that I have had challenges with are open conversation during sex. For instance, it really turns me on to see a woman, including my wife, play with herself. Her doing it during sex adds to the overall experience for me, and hopefully her. Finding ways to encourage her to do so has taken some 10 years of building up to. Likewise, getting her to open up and verbally express something she would like me to do for her that I am not already doing is a challenge. Any ideas how to get a partner to open up more in dirty talk?
Now I turn to you with your thoughts on dirty talk.
1) If you like someone talking dirty in a demeaning manner, what is it about it that you like? and What does it do to you? Does it ever make you feel bad after?
2) If you like a tamer form of dirty talking, what are the types of things that you like to hear most? What is your greatest dirty talk related fantasy?
3) If you don't like dirty talk, have you ever tried it? If you had a bad experience, what happened? If you haven't tried it, have you thought or fantasized about it? If so, "I dare you " to try it and post on TorD Pics with the results.
4) And last, what "dirty talk" would actually turn you off, or even make you walk out in the middle of it... if any?
